Lumyra ("we") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information.

Core principle: We do not collect any personal information.

Information We Collect

Lumyra does not collect any of the following:

• Personal Identifiers — name, email, phone number, address, etc.
• Location Data — GPS coordinates, Wi-Fi positioning, etc.
• Usage Data — app usage statistics, click behavior, etc.
• Device Information — UDID, advertising identifier (IDFA), etc.
• Photos or Camera Data — all photos and viewfinder data are stored solely on your device locally

The app uses camera permission solely for real-time viewfinder preview and photo capture. All image processing is performed locally on your device.

Data Storage

All data you create in the app (including custom lighting presets and app preferences) is stored solely on your device locally. We have no backend servers and do not upload any data to the cloud.

Third-Party Services

Lumyra does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not share your information with any third parties.

The only third-party component used in the app is SimulatorCamera (MIT open source license), which is only used for simulator development and testing and does not involve any data collection.

Children's Privacy

Lumyra is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone of any age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you within the app of any material changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information.
